I need to stop snacking on unhealthy food and try to think more of fruits n veges..it makes me sad if i have to eat a fruit instead of a cake or icecream...this is so unhealthy..but it is very hard to commit if you have all those foods around and a constant reminder is required to why i am doing this for.

Eat healthy most days of the week. Plan meals ahead of time so they are not a chore to think of what to have.
