Totally Going For It says:
I don't remember if I've ever had any new year's resolutions, but I do have a life policy that tells me to really go for my dreams, goals, visions in my life -- do whatever it takes.
Now, I'm very relational, so that does not mean destroy relationships, but it means to further enhance them as I achieve the goals for my life.
It means to not be fearful about what I'm doing, as every failure and success, there is much to be learned to continue moving forward. I don't wait for New Year's to make commitments, rather as the need arises, I do it.
Life is too short to wait until tomorrow when today is the day to start. Make the most of every moment, as you don't know whether tomorrow will come or not.

I also believe that we need to live everyday to it's fullest potential, doing only things that create happiness in ourselves and those around us with a focus on success.
That being said, many of us are reminded at the onset of a new year to revisit our inner workings and desires. This is a good time to focus on one or two things that we've been overlooking and make a commitment to ourselves to change.
My New Year's Resolution is to schedule and track my exercise and activities. I frequent the gym on a regular basis and I have a pretty good routine for working out. When I get a free moment from my kids, I generally head to the gym. I want to take this to the next level and schedule this personal time. In addition, I want to track the exercises that I am doing, the weight increases that I'm making and plot them so that I can adjust as necessary to reap the greatest reward from my work-outs.
This is a personal goal and one I am making for the upcoming year. January 1st seems like a good time to launch the new program.
