Hi everyone!
I decided that Mondays would be the day of the week to check on my weight and I'm happy to report that I've lost 9 pounds since I started the UltraSmart weight loss program. I feel healthier overall; the issue with "hangnail" mentioned in Dr. Hyman's book is almost gone.
So, I thought I'd share the news with you. How are you guys doing?
Are you using vinegar in your salad dressings? I have balsamic vinegar, I'm not sure I should be using it.
Thanks, and stay strong!

Hey, that's fantastic about the 9 lbs!. And yes, I think you're fine with the balsamic vinegar. People dealing with Candida and other types of yeast overgrowth need to be careful with vinegar sometimes, but for general detox purposes, it's not a problem.
It's wonderful to hear about how healthy and energetic you're feeling. Isn't the renewed energy the best part of this whole thing? That and the mental focus. It's like you get your brain and body back TOGETHER.
In terms of "feedback," this is your body's way of telling you it really likes what you're doing. Now, what's some "followthrough" you can do to lock in this success? Celebration, documentation of success, some great use of the extra energy you're enjoying, etc? Take a picture, for sure! And maybe try out some new activity or take your exercise routine up a notch?
This is a great time to give heart-rate training and interval training techniques a try! Also yoga -- you might be surprised that your flexibility has improved as your inflammation has gone down.
And keep sharing the great news and discoveries, please! Smiles all around ...
