When I stopped looking at living healthy as a "chore", a "necessary evil", a "drudge" ...etc. and started to embrace it as a life style that is fun, interesting and varied, it became easy. I believe it to start with a heathy mind set! Everything else seems to just fall in place.
I am really enjoying the new blog from Cindy Joseph, who has been a model of healthy, gorgeous aging for me since before we started this magazine. I love what she says about moving beyond appearance as an arbiter of personal value, and also about the importance of making space for pleasure in creating a meaningful, satisfying life.
